 | John L. Luffey, Sr. CPA, (1963-2002) began the firm in 1963 while teaching accounting at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, formally, Northeast Louisiana State College. Throughout the years, the firm has grown and includes three principals: Francis I. Huffman, Philip Ragsdale, David Ray Soignier and many other CPAs and professional staff. While maintaining steady growth, quality has been our primary objective.
